FASTPATH® Support and Maintenance

Our support team is fully qualified to answer all questions and help to resolve all issues related to Broadcom Corporation's FASTPATH® networking software.
Our relationship with Broadcom affords us access to their software and silicon technology, internal resources, and product direction.

OpenFlow Support

For the leading edge users of OpenFlow and advanced networking technology, Toroki provides worldwide 7x24 direct access to OpenFlow and general data networking experts for setup and configuration assistance as well as diagnostics and troubleshooting. Toroki' s maintenance contracts also offer routine software updates and enhancements.

Architecture Support

We have a deep understanding of Broadcom Corporation's family of Ethernet switching products. Especially useful during the early stages of a project, our architecture team can provide keen insights into silicon-related decisions, such as implementation details, usage scenarios, expected chip behavior, and system software implications.

Post-Project Delivery Support

All of our engagements include support after the final Deliverable has been made and accepted. This can include on-site knowledge transfer or simply being available to answer questions as they come up.
